We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products. However, as monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. Given the artisan nature of our goods, slight variations in finish are to be expected and celebrated.

All items purchased from Heftceramics are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through the Service are trademarks or trade dress of Heftceramics. You may not use our intellectual property in connection with any product or service that is not ours without express consent.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation via support@heftceramics.com for a period of at least 30 days before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
