6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and decor accents, we take extra precautions in packaging. However, if issues occur:
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@heftceramics.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Heftceramics is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the parcel, please verify with neighbors or contact the local carrier branch immediately.
